Hey fellow readers! Hope your week is off to a great start! I had shared a little more than a year ago about a whitening tray system that I personally felt worked for me. But I have recently discovered something that works better,is half the cost, and you get a {somewhat} customized mouth tray! Oh, and did I mention I have never had any sensitivity with it? Badaboom-Badabing! WIN x4
The Product: Plus White 5 Minute Whitening
The Cost: $7.97 + tax
The Results: Priceless

As shown above it comes with a gel, a rinse, and a mouth tray but here is what I have been doing.
The first time I bought it with the rinse, but you can buy the gel separately too. My sister actually found this whitening system through a youtube beauty guru! Hope everything below is helpful!
MOUTH TRAY
- At Walmart/Target/Amazon buy a mouth guard any brand will work {NFL, Wilson, etc.}
- Cut it with scissors so it fits the shape of your mouth.
- In a mug warm water for 1-2 minutes {you want it to basically be boiling}
- Dunk your mouth guard into the water and push it down with a spoon
- Let your mouth guard get bendy enough, if you don't feel it's not wobbly or jelly-like enough- then your water needs to be hotter.
- Retrieve the mouth guard from the water
- Put the mouth guard in your mouth and press the mouth guard against your teeth to mold your teeth structure into your teeth.
- Cut off any excess or repeat the reconstruction if it doesn't feel right
- I personally use 2 mouth guards {one for the top, and one for the bottom}
Whitening Process
- Floss and then brush
- Make sure your teeth are try
- Using the gel rub in on your teeth and be sure to get in between the crevices
- Put your mouth guard and leave it in for 25-30 minutes
- Take your mouth guard out, spit the gel out
- Use the rinse and swish for 30 seconds*
For best results, continue the whitening process for 2 weeks. Then, do it for a week for 15-20 minutes, slowly you can get it down to once or twice a day. You can always do quick 5-10 minute touch ups too!
