I take Sundays for self-care. After a jam packed weekend with family, and two sleepless, restless nights in a row. I needed deserved it. After the fam-bam left, I prepped breakfast for the next few days, lunch, and then hit the gym. I powered through some back exercises, a 2 mile-run/jog in 35 minutes, 20 crunches, and a few minutes on the stair climber. Then, I threw some dinner together, tossed it in the oven, and hit the shower.
See, this may seem like work - but cooking, cleaning, going to the gym all helps me relieve stress!
Then, I knew I needed some real TLC. The boscia charcoal face mask is a must for me, about once a week - if time permits. Followed up by, Glow Recipe's Watermelon Mask. Plus re-doing my nails with a fun spring color, Fiji by Essie, and even writing this blog post.
Now, I'm off to watch Umbrella Academy, journal, and then curl up with a good book. (and of course FaceTime with Fiance Khan)
